JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a passionate and hard working Kitchen Steward Supervisor with experience to join our busy Conventions Kitchens on Hamilton Island.

About the Role
- Supervise a team of Kitchen Stewards
- Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic kitchen at all times
- Adhere to safe work practices and safe food handling procedures
- Train new staff and mentor existing staff
- Schedule and manage the staff roster and leave requests
- Assist with stocktakes and the ordering of kitchen supplies
- Support the Chefs and other kitchen staff on a daily basis
About You
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand
- Valid Open Manual Driver Licence
- Strong work ethic and good team player
