About Your Role

  • Working effectively with teams/work groups, including those outside formal lines of reporting, to accomplish organisational goals.
  • Interpersonal communication skills are necessary for communicating with employees, upper management, and guests through email, phone, text, and in-person.
  • Strong analytical skills to power decision-making.
  • Leadership skills to take responsibility and accountability for security of the site and within projects, coordinating across site teams.
  • Long-term planning skills to make holistic decisions about security with long-term benefits in mind reducing risk to Thales.
  • Actively promotes a culture of trust, and proactive security awareness and reporting
  • Works towards a harmonious work environment through upholding Thales' key values and Leadership behaviours.

How About You?

  • Experience in Project administration or management
  • Understanding of networks and systems / auditing experience on IT policies
  • Solid planning and organisational skills.
  • Solid interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound ability to work independently and in a team to resolve problems.
  • Able to adapt effectively to challenging situations when communicating with others.
  • Sound experience and knowledge using Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
