About Your Role
- Working effectively with teams/work groups, including those outside formal lines of reporting, to accomplish organisational goals.
- Interpersonal communication skills are necessary for communicating with employees, upper management, and guests through email, phone, text, and in-person.
- Strong analytical skills to power decision-making.
- Leadership skills to take responsibility and accountability for security of the site and within projects, coordinating across site teams.
- Long-term planning skills to make holistic decisions about security with long-term benefits in mind reducing risk to Thales.
- Actively promotes a culture of trust, and proactive security awareness and reporting
- Works towards a harmonious work environment through upholding Thales' key values and Leadership behaviours.
How About You?
- Experience in Project administration or management
- Understanding of networks and systems / auditing experience on IT policies
- Solid planning and organisational skills.
- Solid interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound ability to work independently and in a team to resolve problems.
- Able to adapt effectively to challenging situations when communicating with others.
- Sound experience and knowledge using Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
