About the role

Hastings have an opportunity for skilled and organised Warranty Administrator. The successful candidate must have a high level of communication and attention to detail.

This role primarily exists to support the company in warranty and goodwill processing ensuring maximum return from manufactures. Through active participation in supporting business areas with Warranty Work in Process (WIP) and claim support. 

Do you have the following skills

  • High level of communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external customers
  • Mature telephone manner ability to work with various external contract service providers
  • Excellent computer knowledge, working with Microsoft Office, systems and database register systems
  • Proven stakeholder and customer engagement with a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and confidence
  • Ability to prioritise your own workload
  • Minimum two years' experience in an administrative role within a diversified organisation
