About Your New Role

Reporting to the Retail Sales Manager you will lead from the front and continue it's successful history by achieving store budgets and KPI's with your team. This store is on a popular a strip location so you will be highly motivated and results orientated. You will thrive working with a fun and energetic group of people. We need you to also educate customers and provide a shopping experience like no other.

What You Need to be Successful 

• Retail Management experience, ideally within the fashion industry
• Consultative sales experience
• The ability to coach, mentor and develop others
• Strong track record of achieving targets 
• Time Management expert
• Be able to advise and support your customers in product orders
• Wage control, stock take experience and VM
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and people management skills
• A bright and positive management style
