This role would suit contact centre / service industry professionals that also enjoy a sales element, as this will be a mix of servicing accounts and maximising account opportunities, however we are open to experience.

We are based in our Sydney CBD office and offer flexible work options. We are undertaking an office move in August this year to Alexandria so applicants will need to be comfortable with this. Work hours are Monday – Friday ranging from 8.30am – 6pm.

Key responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls in response to Customer requests for call-backs, voicemail messages or other outbound campaigns as required

  • Using your systems knowledge to navigate data and process to assist customer needs.
  • Your ability to manage competing priorities and work as part of a team;
  • Thinking differently to achieve outcomes.

About you:

You will be a self-motivated individual with well-honed communication skills, who brings a couple of year working experience from a customer service industry having worked in a team environment. You will be used to a fast-paced environment as this role will attract a high number of calls and enquiries from our customer base (approx. 80 – 100 calls a day).

You will have a minimum qualification at HSC level, be computer literate including use of Microsoft office suite, a continuous improvement mindset and an appetite to learn.

What we can provide:

  • Offering competitive salary
  • Exposure to all areas of the business where you can learn from the experience around you;
  • Welcoming you to our passionate team dedicated to delivering great customer experiences;
  • Embracing what makes you unique and leveraging your individual strengths in our flexible and inclusive workplace.
