The Opportunity

Connecting Families is experiencing substantial growth and is looking to evolve it’s branding in how it connects externally and internally. This creates an opportunity for a Brand & Content Designer on a contract basis to help drive the development of our new brand styling and creation of new collateral used by the business both internally and externally. We are open to working with people on either a full-time or part-time basis and expect the project to be approximately three months.

This is a hands-on project role where you will be instrumental in shaping a highly engaging brand architecture that will reshape not just our market communications but also our people engagement. Covering development of brand style guides as well as related business wide collateral and templates, you will work closely with key business unit stakeholders to align branding to our vision and values at a group and business unit level.

About you

You are creative and tech-savvy with an ability to create emotionally engaging material that connects a story. With a passion for design and strong people skills, you bring an ability to connect mindsets and engagement.

Some of the things that make you special:

  • proven track record in development of brand stories, brand style guides and broad branding architecture
  • experience in the application of brand styling to market facing and internal documentation and templates
  • a self-starter with exceptional attention to detail coupled with a natural ability to think creatively
  • strong tech skills in the use of Microsoft Office and design software applications
