As a Customer Service Consultant you will play an integral role by providing excellent service and sales for our customers. Ensuring you assist them with their enquiries and providing the highest level of service, offering the right solution and outcome. Motivated, positive and enthusiastic by nature, you will have demonstrated experience working in a busy, multi-tasking environment providing an outstanding level of customer service.
Our company is associated within the Vet care industry and we are looking for a Sales/ Customer Service Rep who loves pets and is professional, emotionally intelligent and not only has empathy but is great in communication.
Our Inbound call center is providing Vet care services and we are looking for a shift worker working from home, Monday - Sunday, day and evening shifts (Sydney Australia time). Applicants who can work weekends will get priority.
you will be:
- Delivering an exceptional experience and enjoy interacting with customers to identify their needs;
- Taking inbound customer service calls assisting either consumer or business clients
- Creating a simple and brilliant customer experience, offering solutions that best meet the customers’ needs;
- Building strong relationships and working towards understanding the customer’s needs;
- Be attentive and a active listener at all times
- You will confidently work with clients to solve their enquiries and offer additional services and products
- Working in an agile and ever-changing work environment with constant support and leadership guidance.
- Responsible for answering any customers inquiries, via inbound calls, chats and emails.
Who we’re looking for:
- People who have Inbound and out bound Customer Service and sales experience
- Experience working in a contact Centre or in customer service
- Proven experience in solving problems and strong negotiation skills;
- The ability to build customer relationships quickly;
- Can learn and use multiple systems rapidly;
- Excellent listening skills along with a friendly personality and a genuine desire to help people and offer value
- The proven ability to meet KPI’s
- excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Windows based programs including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Setup requirements: Windows based computer or MAC, must be with a very fast and reliable internet connection. An area were you are to be able to work which is quiet and that you can be undisturbed. This include a chair a desk, laptop and headset.
Causal hours to start with the future of full or part time:
Perfect Job for someone that is happy working on there own, but still having access to manager and team support.

Salary: $25.00 - $27.50 per hour
