THE ROLE

Trainers & Assessors - Short Courses

  • Casual / Sessional
  • Weekday roles
  • Bartending, Espresso coffee, Restaurant waiting
  • RSA, Food handling & Infection Control

This is an exciting opportunity for a Hospitality Trainer looking to advance their career working with a quality provider.

Delivering hospitality training to students in an industry workplace with real job outcomes available for successful graduates.

Structured training delivered in small groups during weekdays.

Experience in delivering campus / face to face training, specifically short courses in RSA, Food Handling, Barista & Bar training is advantageous.

ABOUT YOU

The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in the following:

  • Local and relevant hospitality industry experience (minimum 5 years)
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) is essential
  • Passion to train and set industry pathways for learners
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Ability to captivate, retain, and provide engaging training

The successful applicants will also hold relevant industry qualifications. These roles would suit an individual that has truly been immersed in the hospitality industry. Content delivery will be inspired by and draw from personal experience, and give learners detailed insight into the hospitality world.

These roles would suit outgoing, extroverted individuals with strong communication skills who have a genuine desire to see learners evolve and apply their skills in a practical environment.
