Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Provide specialist service and products to customers
• Monitor cash handling and ensure all transactions are processed correctly
• Ensure the store is fully stocked, all products are displayed aesthetically and priced in line with company guidelines
• Drive sales and controlling store expenses ensuring profitable store operations
• Monitor and drive the meeting of budgets and KPI's
• Optimise sales strategies to drive sales productivity
• Train and coach of your team across all products in store
• Inspire, motivate and coach a team of people to deliver excellence in customer sales and service
• Ensure staff policies and procedures are complied with
• Develop and implement services standards for our company

Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a similar manager role or industry in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of financial reports and cost control
• Has a proven history of successful sales growth as a team and individual
• An ability to interact proactively with management and staff at all levels of the organisation in order to drive sales
• Exceptional communication skills, ability to work closely with senior management
• Completion of a tertiary qualification would be an advantage for this role
