Permanent Part Time Position (22.5 hours per week - days and times flexible)
About the role
Come and join Ability Centre’s People Strategy Team!
Working with a small, friendly and close-knit team you will coach and support leaders to build a high performance culture among our front line staff. You will be a trusted advisor and source of information about employee performance and conduct as well as interpreting enterprise agreements and awards. You will help ensure Ability Centre is complying with our industrial obligations and have the chance to contribute to our workforce strategy and be involved with enterprise bargaining. No two days will be the same.
What will you bring to the role?
We are looking for a suitably qualified and passionate individual who is able to work efficiently whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will have a great understanding of the Fair Work Act, Enterprise Agreements and Awards. You need to be an effective communicator with the ability to liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders and prepare high quality written advice and reports. Experience supporting leaders with performance/conduct concerns, conducting investigations and providing advice and guidance around employee entitlements is a must.
