THE COMPANY
Myfreight is Australia's leading Freight Management and Transport Management System provider. Due to continued growth, we are looking for another Customer Service Officer to work in a friendly and dynamic environment in our offices in Ringwood.
THE POSITION
Our Customer Service representatives are required to perform all other duties as assigned by the manager for meeting the organisation's needs and thereby satisfying our customers’ needs. The representative will report all escalated customers’ concerns to their manager for effective and prompt resolution of the customer matters in professional manners as required by the company guidance. This is a full-time position with some flexibility in working hours.

Eastern Suburb - Ringwood, VIC 3134

- Attention to detail and accuracy, e.g. Reading carriers’ web scanning status updates
- Effective communication skills
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Team oriented
- Freight or logistics knowledge preferred
