Working for a market leader within the competitive residential building sector this is a holistic marketing role within a fast-paced, fun and innovative marketing environment.

As Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing team and agency partners towards the delivery of brand and business outcomes. You will report to the General Manager, work alongside the Group Marketing Manager and be an integral part of the Celebration Homes business and broader ABN Group.

The role will be responsible for but not limited to:
Develop and execute marketing strategies and activities to deliver the achievement of annual performance targets and objectives
Build brand reputation to deliver a volume of high-quality enquiries, achieving targeted sales results
Provide leadership to the internal marketing team including fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, fun and celebration!
Lead high-performance relationships with external agency partners
Analyse and report on performance and effectiveness in line with the strategy
Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Manage brand & retail opportunities state-wide, including leading the collaboration with South West business.

You

As a passionate and experienced marketing professional, you will succeed in this role if you have the following attributes:

Experience working in a marketing role in a fast-paced retail environment
Demonstrated leadership skills and managerial experience
Strong project management and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Journalism or Public Relations
