SoftLabs is seeking experienced PEGA Consultants to join their Technology Consulting.

About the Role

You will be part of implementations, effectively participating in supporting, maintaining and enhancing PEGA platform. As a PEGA expert, you are skilled and experienced working in a modern, agile framework utilising DevOps and DevSecOps.

You will be considered if you have PEGA experience in either as:

1. Scrum Master

2. System Architect [Senior System Architect, Lead System Architect]

3. Business Architect [Senior Business Architect, Lead Business Architect]

4. Testing

5. Project Manager

6. Maintenance and Support

7. Solution Design

Experience and Skills:

1. Minimum two years of experience in one or more

• Pega Business Rules Engine

• Pega Business Process Management

• MongoDB

• Postgres

• Openshift

• Other Pega softwares (e.g., Case Management, CRM etc.)

2. Demonstrated experience in complex projects. complex projects, either in Project Management, Business Analysis, Scrum, System Analysis, Integration, Infrastructure, Support, Testing

3. Demonstrated experience working in agile framework.

4. Experience in DevOps is enabled by CI/CD across on-premise or cloud.

5. Relevant PEGA certifications

6. Tertiary qualifications in IT or relevant industry experience.
