You will work closely with clinical case managers and other community partner organisations to deliver the best possible comprehensive service to consumers.

The Wollongong team delivers the Housing and Support Initiative (HASI) and Together Home programs.

Together Home aims to house people currently sleeping rough or people currently in temporary accommodation that had previously been sleeping rough. Neami's role is to provide participant-centred, wraparound support to these individuals housed through the program. The program presents an opportunity to manage both immediate public health risks and create a lasting change to address street homelessness.
