Reporting to the Senior Retail Delivery Coordinator, you will manage the effective and efficient delivery of tenancies across our Living Centres, that exceed Retailer Expectations and maximize Scentre Group income.

Your opportunity

Day to day, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Influence and align the Lessee design and fit-out team’s program to ensure the opening date is achieved or improved
  • Gain Lessee understanding of commitment to Scentre Group lease agreement
  • Meet and communicate with the Lessee to discuss tenancy delivery issues and provide information on Scentre Group design and fit-out standards
  • Facilitate approval of financial deal terms
  • Provides input scope of works pre-deal. Provides input for bespoke usages on services, timing and requirements
  • Provide input regarding the physical change to tenancy and any certification required e.g. Structural Compliance when determining investment toward Infrastructure Base Building/Upgrade (CAPEX or not CAPEX)
  • Facilities site access issues between shopfitter and Facilities Manager
  • Inspects retailer partner fit-out progress
  • Working with stakeholders to improve the tenancy delivery process

This role will have you supporting a cluster of centres working closely with the Leasing & Retail Solutions team, Shopfitters, designers, and broader Asset teams.

This is a permanent position with full-time hours based at one of our Perth Westfield centres with travel to and from centres required.

  • Degree/Diploma in Project Management or Project Management related qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar construction environment (project management/contracts administrator) and/or similar experience in retail property delivery role
  • Knowledge of construction costing/estimation/BCA
  • Proven experience in Retail Design & onsite project management and delivery
  • Working within teams and leading others to achieve results
  • Possess excellent problem-solving communication skills and inter-personal relationship building skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Skills - Negotiating, Influencing, Problem Solving, Communications, Concepts Design
