Two words that bring together all we do… Life Unlimited The Opportunity To contribute to the growth and profitability of the ENT Navigation business (FIAGON) by identifying and executing business opportunities within the Australia market. The Key Focus Areas of the Role Drive execution of business opportunities with new and existing customers in ANZ. Meet with Regional Field Sales Managers ANZ on a regular basis to report on the progress of all initiatives. Support ANZ Sales Team to identify synergies across all business activities. Manage key relationships with Internal and External Stakeholders including regional APAC marketing and FIAGON. Evaluate ideas and suggestions for new products, investigate market opportunities, profitability and effect on market for present products, and recommend exploitation of economically attractive products to grow new business. Work with Commercial Excellence team and other franchises to partner with key Corporate accounts to generate new revenue for S&N. Assume primary responsibility for identifying and supporting new sales leads within QLD. Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. Create informative presentations. Present and deliver information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences. Regularly analyse sales performance and provide input on strategies and tactics to ensure delivery of results. Understand and apply our selling filter, e.g. value drivers, discovery and customer segmentation profiling. Ensure all data is appropriately captured and analysed so that required internal and external reports are completed and provided by due dates. Have a sound working knowledge of the SAP and be able to articulate how you are going to effectively use the SAP. Ensure that all territory planning achieves the greatest return on investment possible (ROI). Stay within budgeted expense requirements. Ensure all reports are completed thoroughly and accurately and provided to management by due dates. Construct accountable and measurable Business Plans and Opportunities in CRM. The Requirements of the Successful Candidate Bachelor Degree or similar in Business is essential Master’s in Business Administration is desirable Valid Driver’s license is required for the role Proven track record in managing Key Account Projects and Capital equipment cycles Previous experience in Business Development within the Healthcare sector in ANZ or overseas equivalent is essential Medical Imaging and/or surgical navigation experience is deemed essential Strong commercial acumen with attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines consistently. In depth knowledge of the healthcare industry Advanced level skills at the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
