AKIPS Network Monitor provides unmatched features, scale and visibility of critical real-time and historical performance metrics and logs – from the heart of the data centre all the way to the end user. A single instance of AKIPS monitors, analyses, reports and alerts on more than 20 million metrics per minute, without breaking a sweat. This is typically 1000 times bigger than our competitors.
AKIPS allows network engineers to be proactive instead of firefighting: to detect, analyse and fix issues before user complaints, and to significantly reduce business disruption.

Who we are seeking
AKIPS is seeking to fill an Executive assistant – Business/IT vacancy. This unique role requires a candidate with EA/business experience, solid IT knowledge and strong analytical ability, to provide essential day-to-day support to our executive team (CEO, COO, CTO and CMO).
Your tasks will include:
- scheduling meetings and managing attendees
- writing meeting agendas
- attending meetings and recording minutes/notes
- creating and allocating action points
- following up outstanding action points
- reporting on outcomes
- managing our CEO’s calendar and task list
- conducting extensive research into emerging trends, competitor products and potential markets
- distilling and analysing the intelligence gathered
- writing brief reports to advise our executive team
- implementing strategic projects and campaigns
- other tasks in support of the company’s initiatives, as directed by our executive team.
The role will report to our executive team and is a permanent, full-time position based in our Tanah Merah office.
Who you are
You are a high-achieving and adaptable professional who thrives when juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
You will have:
- a business and IT background
- experience in analysing complex environments and providing exemplary reports which add value to the company
- the willingness to quickly learn the company’s operations and how it fits into the wider industry
- previous experience in an EA or related role
- the ability to work in a team environment and to build positive working relationships with both technical and non-technical team members
- excellent written and spoken communication skills and close attention to detail
- excellent organisational and time-management skills, including multitasking.
