Delivery Coach Agile Insurance, Banking and Wealth

Your new company
This large financial giant is seeking a Delivery Coach in the Engagement and Delivery Portfolio (Insurance, Bank & Wealth) which delivers and drives key components of the Data & Enterprise Technology (DET) program of work. They would like a ASAP Start but are flexible for the right candidate and offer a 6 month contract initially.

Your new role
The purpose of this role is to provide expert consulting and coaching services to uplift the performance and knowledge of portfolio and project managers in the delivery of a $20m portfolio of projects (across multiple streams and locations). You will provide delivery Subject Matter Expert (SME) consultation and direction to portfolio delivery teams in alignment with industry best practice.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need:

• Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology and/or Business or equivalent industry experience
• Accreditation in industry standard project/program management practices (eg Prince 2, MSP, PMP)
• Strong people leadership and a proven track record in leading or coaching high performing project delivery teams
• Strong knowledge SDLC and Agile methods and change management are essential
• Strong stakeholder management and strong customer focus
• Experience in the insurance, wealth and banking industry is desirable
