Environmental Engineer/Scientist - Noise and Air Quality Assessment

MWA Environmental is seeking an Environmental Engineer/Scientist to join our well established Environmental Engineering consulting firm which provides services to clients in the private, local and state government sectors.

The position is available due to the company’s increasing workload which involves providing solutions for a range of environmental acoustics and air quality projects. 

Experienced Consultant

This role requires a person with a minimum of 3 years experience in air quality and/or noise impact assessment including:

• Air quality impact assessment experience utilising CALPUFF/AUSPLUME/TAPM modelling suites.

• Noise impact assessment of transportation noise sources, commercial development and industrial noise, along with use of the SoundPLAN or similar noise modelling package.

The successful applicant will have high standard verbal and written communication skills. Direct contact with clients and independent management of projects will be required.

Salary and conditions will be negotiated based upon the experience and expertise of the applicant and training and support will be offered as appropriate.

The successful applicant/s would be employed in our Brisbane CBD office.
