Manage and drive candidate and client generation for a strong recruitment brand across specialised industries. 

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is accountable for:

• The creation of an inbound marketing strategy which aligns with the overall marketing strategy and outbound strategy 
• Planning, implementing, coordinating and managing (ongoing) hubspot platform 
• The management of all digital marketing platforms such as: Website and blogs, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any directories
• Monthly reporting on all digital platforms effectiveness and provide recommendations on improvements 
• The content marketing plan for all digital platforms that will build and engage with our community
• Attracting a steady flow of traffic to Stellar’s digital platforms with quality SEO and SEM practices 
• The management of marketing qualified leads program
• Internal digital marketing advocacy and change management for our digital journey 

To be successful in the role you must be: 

• Must have at 5 years marketing experience
• A self-driven team player, who does not take themselves too seriously.
• Solutions and ROI focused.
• Have prior experience in Hubspot, Google Analytics, Zapier, Facebook Business Suite & Ads Manager
