Your new role!

Working as part of a friendly team you will be responsible for managing your own client portfolio, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Seeking opportunities to add value to your client portfolio by ensuring the timely and successful communication and delivery of our solutions. 
  • Participating in BGL conferences and events.
  • Supporting the ongoing growth and uptake of BGL products.
  • Working closely with our Client Success, Sales, Support and Product teams.


About You

You'll be an experienced Account Manager looking to grow your career in the SaaS industry with a willingness and aptitude to learn and constantly develop your knowledge around Self Managed Superannuation, Corporate Compliance and our products.

Alongside strong written and verbal communication skills, you'll bring the ability to influence and build and maintain positive relationships.
