JOB DESCRIPTION
Role: IAM Support Engineer
Location: Melbourne
Contract
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Willing to work in 24X7 environment and technically working in application support & maintenance
- leading major incident management calls from technical perspective.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders, other Engineers, Iteration Managers, Architect, Security team.
- Liaising and working with Professional Services Engineers and Solutions Architects around client projects and deployments.
- Keeping detailed knowledge of the clients’ environment(s) by maintaining and updating relevant documentation such as Network Diagrams, Configuration Databases along with process and procedural documentation
- Providing technical support within Managed Services’ ITIL aligned service delivery processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management and Release Management.
- Take initiative to problem solve with positive attitude towards feedback from team for improvements.
- Experience in Data center migration activities.
Skill/Competency Requirements:
Minimum 4 years’ hands-on experience delivering solutions on at least 2 of below technologies:
Sail Point Identity Now Expertise
- should have integrated different connectors like AD, Azure AD, OKTA, through SailPoint Identity Now.
- Should have experience on onboarding applications using out of the box connectors and their customer implementation like Transforms, Generators and Complex sources for different profiles
- Should have deployed vendor recommended performance tuning configurations
- Should have Installed and Configured the different components in SailPoint Identity Now.
F5-APM and OKTA
- Should have on boarded different applications in F5-ApM and OKTA
- Should be well versed with F5-APM and Okta integration.
- Should have experience in working on minor enhancements in support project
- Able to provide performance improvement ideas on F5-APM and OKTA
CyberArk.
- Should have upgraded the Cyber Ark.
- Show have hands on experience on PSM, PVWA, EPV and PADR modules.
- Should have experience in Account onboarding and CPM modules.
Java, J2EE, Python development expertise.
- Should have good experience in coding and able to do automation of manual tasks
- Should have hands on experience on any programming language
Preferred –

· ITIL certification
· Understands the need to comply with coding and deployment standards

· Adaptable and flexible with ability to multi-tasking
· Willingness to share knowledge and good working ethic
· Working in the telecommunications sector
· Experienced in using version management tools such as Git
· Exposure to CI / CD practices and tools (such as Jenkins)
