JOB DESCRIPTION
The overall purpose of this role will be to support the Directors, VIC Manager and Head of Business Development to grow new business, maintain and develop existing client relationships, prepare and manage VIC submissions and expand the profile of this business within the Vic business community.

Description
The overall purpose of this role will be to support the Directors, VIC Manager and Head of Business Development to grow new business, maintain and develop existing client relationships, prepare and manage VIC submissions and expand the profile of this business within the Vic business community. You will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering on exceptional customer service to ultimately achieve sales growth and increase gross profit.
- To maximise the revenue potential of key accounts and develop new relationships and business.
- Undertaking ongoing research and analysis as required to improve market segmentation and targeting of potential market opportunities
- Introducing Senior Management to client contacts and facilitate the handover of client relationships once projects are acquired
- Coordinating internal stakeholders for bid meetings and have the skillset to piece and articulate an evidence based/intelligent story within submissions
- Working with Senior Management for planning and actioning clear short-term objectives which take into account long-term business goals
Profile
- Qualification (bachelors degree) in a business or construction related discipline
- Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience and a broad understanding of the property sector
- A minimum of two years' experience consulting within a professional services model and project management strategy and practices
- Examples of generating and maintaining a network of contacts, ideally within the Public Sector
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
- Worked in a professional environment with systems, processes, values, ethics and able to manage yearly budgets with KPI's
- 3 + years of technical product field sales or related account management and business development activities.
