JOB DESCRIPTION
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service and ensure your clients requirements and service levels are met and exceeded
- Review internal and external clients service reports
- Identify potential issues and provide proactive problem solving
- Ensure updated quotes & sell rates in CargoWise to enable auto rating
- Develop and maintain long term business relationships with customers.
- Follow up on purchase orders.
- Monitoring and updating of weekly report
- Generate customer quotes.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience within the Freight Forwarding industry
- CargoWise One experience is essential
- High attention to detail.
- Be able to work closely within a team environment.
- Proactive communication with all relevant stakeholders.
