Position Purpose


As the SME Business Development Executive, you are a hunter!! You will identify new sales leads and target customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. And Be Ready to close the opportunity! ABC - Always be closing!


The role is simple. You will be able to showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end.


Ultimately, you will contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at the highest standards. By demonstrating our core values, you will ensure that Hostopia Australia remains at the forefront of the web hosting industry and drive sales through your hunger, passion & integrity.

Essential Capabilities & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years selling hosting and cloud solutions to SMB and large organisations
    Demonstrated experience in Sales and Customer Centricity
  • Creative problem-solving & negotiation skills
  • Ability to ask the right questions to identify the client’s needs.
  • Highly driven, with a passion for selling to all types of individuals and businesses
  • Be accessible to colleagues and stakeholders, work to understand their needs, negotiate outcomes that are acceptable to both parties and provide deliverables as agreed.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to establish instant rapport over the phone.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
