Your new role

As a Senior Operational Risk and Governance Manager, your duties will be:

• Enhancing governance frameworks
• Advising key programs on specific risks and issues
• Ensuring controls are effectively designed and implemented
• Providing insights and recommendations to executives on key risk matters
• Developing risk action plans and compliance frameworks

What you'll need to succeed

As the successful candidate you must have:

• Experience in a Senior Operational Risk Manager role previously
• Strong governance experience
• Experience working in Wealth Management
• Proven capability to network, influence and make strategic change happen pragmatically
• A relevant industry qualification

What you'll get in return

This is initially a fixed term contract position paying a competitive salary. You will be a knowledge point for senior stakeholders across risk within the business and have the opportunity to really make an impact. There is an opportunity for the contract to be extended or made permanent.
