Higher Solution Specialists is a privately-owned company that has built a strong reputation amongst all our clients as being a quality recruitment provider.


Currently we are seeking an Administration Sales Support Officer for a renowned Real Estate Agency in Perth.


Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Administration &Sales Support Officer will provide administrative support to a team of 5 Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:


  • Process & enter new listings into CRM
  • Update spreadsheets & whiteboards
  • Order titles, strata plans, update water rates, council rates, strata rates
  • Create & order property marketing & rental appraisals
  • Create & upload rental appraisals
  • Launch listings
  • Enter home open times
  • Chair weekly pulse meetings with reps
  • Attend weekly sales meetings
  • Monthly REIWA reporting
  • Listing, Sales & Settlement reports to Licensee
  • Ensure forms are up to date
  • Assist occasionally on front reception
  • Ensure Sales Department is kept neat & tidy


 Key Skills and responsibilities for this role:


  • Previous experience working in a similar role highly regarded, however not essential
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate industry highly regarded, however not essential
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Able to work in multi-disciplined teams with high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Independent research skills
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills
