Role: Senior Advisor, Engagement and Delivery (Role until - 30 June 2021)

Position Summary: 

Support the Engagement and Surveillance team in designing complex engagement strategies and communication materials, prepare media advice, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and deliver targeted virtual and online engagement activities. A crucial part of the work involves engaging with vulnerable and culturally sensitive communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare complex written communication materials.
  • Design, facilitate, and deliver targeted virtual and online engagement activities and meetings.
  • Mentor community engagement officers and lead by example.
  • Engaging with vulnerable and culturally sensitive communities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships across the department and the wider sector to build a user centric culture and to achieve stakeholder alignment.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively, build strong relationships and achieve multiple stakeholder alignment, including engaging with vulnerable groups.
