Role: Operations and Executive Support Officer, ICCOM (Role until - 30 June 2021)

Position Summary: 

The Operations and Executive Support Officer plays a key role in providing support to the team and across the business units within the CRC Directorate. This position will work in a collaborative way and support the continuous improvement initiatives identified and engage with stakeholders in order to better deliver on operational and business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the preparation of reports including the appropriate analysis of available information.
  • Undertake detailed data analysis and investigation, provide authoritative advice on trends, risks and issues and support business needs.
  • Provide expert advice on the quality, accuracy and relevance of data
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships across the department and work in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Keep accurate and complete records of your work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's records, information security and privacy policies and requirements.
  • Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and for that of others in the workplace by working in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and procedures.
