To provide an advanced level of professional, clinical, operational and strategic leadership to the TCHHS Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Service (MHAODS) in partnership with the Director MHAODS and the visiting Consultant Psychiatry Service.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Managerial and operational leadership in conjunction with the Director of MHAODS in the development, implementation and monitoring of programs, policies, procedures protocols, State-wide and National Standards enhancing service delivery and coordination across the continuum of care across the MHAODS network
- Demonstrated expert level of knowledge, expertise and skills in contemporary clinical practice standards, in particular around Mental Health & AOD Service delivery with a high degree of independent supervision.
- Demonstrated ability, to provide high level authoritative counsel, consultation, negotiation, written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with complex issues, to stakeholders.

- Health Practitioner 5 (HP5) comprising salary between $4748.20 - $4954.40 per fortnight
