The client

My client is an extremely successful roofing restoration business experiencing continued rapid growth over the last few years and 2020 has been no different and are now looking for expressions of interest from experienced Crew Leaders to join their well established team for long term employment and solid work life balance.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will manage between 1 -2 teams in Rockhampton initially and will then move down to Brisbane to continue your work.

Your daily tasks will be as follows:

• managing your crews and their locations
• supervising the teams work as well as ensuring that KPI's are met
• undertaking site measures and ordering of materials
• customer liaison - meeting with clients once the contracts are confirmed as well as any problem solving that might be required

To be considered you must have:

• Experienced in scrubbing, valleys, fascia's, guttering and barges for residential roofing
• A minimum of 5 years residential roofing and crew supervisory experience
• QBCC Supervisor qualification
• Current First Aid certificate
• Working with Heights
• Drivers licence and your own tools
• The right attitude
• Flexible and be a team focussed
