Job Summary/Introduction

Enhance your career working with the government to support a Far North Queensland indigenous community coordinating care plans for the elderly


The Role

Reporting to the Aged Care Manager and Director of Community Services you will be responsible for being the go-to person in regards to Home Care Packages and Community operations. You will manage teams effectively and coordinate the successful operations of care packages in this relaxed and tropical North QLD Aged Care and Community facility.

The Client

The client is a local government body that supports the indigenous and elderly community to live the best lives they possibly can, the team is a tight knit family team that offer a welcoming and warm lifestyle in Far North QLD. 

About You

  • Aged Care or Community qualifications/experience
  • NDIS experience - desirable
  • Leadership experience - desirable
  • Home Care Package coordination experience
  • A valid open drivers license
