One of my Rail clients are looking for a Track Engineer(Project Engineer) for the delivery of a large multi-million dollar project based in QLD. 
The role will be on a 2/1 roster and also on offer is a very attractive bonus. 

Jobs Task and Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to the greater team to facilitate the track construction process
• Ensure design deliverables are clearly defined in support of construction and project deliverables
• Maintain positive relationships with client representatives
• Actively develop work packages in support of project construction activities, defining scope of works, materials, and resource requirements
• Support and assist the construction team in the execution of the project on time and to budget
• Ensure that all construction is completed in accordance with the Project Quality Management Plan and Workplace Health and Safety standards
• Directly influence the safety culture through the promotion of safe work practices to all project personnel
• Perform technical, engineering, inspection, scheduling, planning, survey, procurement and quality control functions for all activities at site
• Implement the inspection and test requirements of the Project Execution Plan
• Continually monitor work team, promoting learning and development opportunities in support of current and future project requirements and their own career development opportunities

• Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
• Proven Rail experience in track work delivery
• Demonstrated experience in the delivery of projects
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage complex issues
