So what?
We are seeking a talented and experienced Agile project manager/scrum master (3 - 5 years of experience) to manage the delivery of multiple inter-department projects in a timely, controlled and predictable manner through the education and adoption of the Agile principles. 

This role is all about coordination, communication and alignment of teams' priorities to deliver the most value to the busines.
You will be responsible for taking ideas and initiatives from teams with little or no Agile project experience and guiding them through the delivery life cycle.

What you'll be doing? 

  • Accountable to lead and manage the delivery of multiple projects in a timely, controlled and predictable manner.
  • Posses strong interpersonal skills to identify and engage with project stakeholders at all of levels of the business and to manage all ongoing communications to ensure all are kept informed at an appropriate level.
  • Acting as an Agile educator and promoter, ensuring Agile as a mindset is understood and followed
  • Responsible for coaching the teams to self-organize and create high-value products, and remove impediments to the project's progress.
  • Providing clear ownership for and visibility of the resolution of all project risks and issue
  • Identify and lead improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of the project delivery service and contribute to the identification of areas of improvement

Who we want?
  • Between 3 and 5 years of demonstrated experience as an Agile Project Manager
  • Experience in product-oriented organisation is highly regarded specifically in working with teams that are focused on delivering value and achieving outcomes rather than milestone-driven.
  • Experienced with Scrum rituals (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives, sprint reviews etc.).
  • Exposure as a Scrum Master with proven experience in successfully creating and leading high performing agile squads.
  • Excellent presentation skills with a track record in presenting to senior management or C-suite.
  • Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • Very strong meeting and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders and effectively manage their expectations.
  • Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and conflicting priorities.
  • Proven organisational, time management and leadership skills.
  • Strong work ethic and delivery focus.
  • Experience working in a data-driven culture.
  • Willingness to perform this role in a small business (~200 employees) within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
