JOB DESCRIPTION

The Company

Known as one of the most reputable Strata businesses in the industry, our client prides themselves not only on their ongoing growth and success, but also their staff longevity and loyalty. Operating for over 50 years they are an established, privately owned Strata Company offering an A1 environment.
The Role

  • Manage 70-80 buildings (plans) / 1500 lots in the Eastern Suburbs
  • Liaise with committee members
  • Prepare and conduct AGMs and ECM’s
  • Ensure and enforce Legislative and By-Law compliance
  • Review financial documents and preparing budgets
The Successful Candidate
  • Strata experience is essential
  • Hold a Strata Certificate or License
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Company Title and StrataMaster is highly regarded
