Direct Personnel Services (DPS) are a registered labour hire provider working with clients across Australia to deliver quality personnel to a range of industries. 

Due to an increased workload, our client based in Somersby and operating in the home building industry now require several Boilermaker/Welders to join their growing workshop team. 

To be successful we require the following attributes;

• Trade Qualifications in Engineering Fabrication or similar
• Experience in Structural steel and Aluminium fabrication and welding
• High experience and quality workmanship with MIG Welding
• 1.5mm-3mm light gauge experience
• The ability to work overtime as and when required
• The willingness to be part of a team
• Strong safety awareness
• Reliability and good communication skills

These are long term ongoing positions and not contract roles. Commencing as Casual, permanent roles will be offered to strong performers. Career progression is also available into other roles including Management and Site based positions.

Excellent rates are on offer dependant on experience levels.
