PERSOLKELLY are in partnership with one of our clients and are looking for Customer Service Technical Specialist to join their team in Macquarie Park. Customer Service Technical Specialist role provides existing and potential Australian and New Zealand clients with an excellent customer experience, ensuring prompt, friendly and accurate client service. The position supports clients in their use of our varied Accounting software solutions.

• To provide excellent client service in an efficient and cost-effective manner, ensuring calls are answered within Service Level; and to ensure that every contact reinforces the client’s decision to purchase CCH product(s)
• Carry out advanced troubleshooting to provide a viable solution or workaround.
• Identify opportunities for the sales team and pass these on in a timely manner
• To show initiative in providing effective customer service, resolving queries and utilising systems, and identifying and sharing continuous improvement suggestions
• Ensure each client contact is recorded with a ticket generated and assigned to the appropriate department for investigation/resolution
• Manage assigned tickets in a proactive manner, and contacting customers with updates on a regular basis
• Be willing and open to continued learning and upskilling to ensure ongoing knowledge and capability
• Ensure all CCH processes are adhered to and that the company values are upheld and displayed
• Be a VoC (Voice of Customer) conduit to the business; namely marketing and product management

• 2+ years’ experience working with Tax & Accounting clients, supporting Tax & Accounting preferred
• Good time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, effectively managing workflow and responsibilities
• High level of computer literacy and ability to quickly pick up new processes and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communicator – clear, confident, concise and accurate.
• Customer focused - understand, problem solve and respond to client needs.
