Commission Factory is a leader in the Digital advertising industry. We partner with brands to grow their online presence and hence allowing them to connect to their customers. Our online platform allows our clients to sell and promote products globally and in 165 global currencies.

The Account Manager role is responsible for the management the affiliate campaigns of our key clients. Working with a variety of affiliates and merchants means you will be able to be creative and strategic in your approach and will need to be unflappable when dealing with challenging situations.

You will be working with a team of Account Executives in order to:

  • Manage and optimise assigned accounts to fulfil the needs of the customer.
  • Implement and advise on affiliate marketing concepts to optimise assigned accounts.
  • Manage affiliate relationships necessary for the successful management of assigned programs.
  • Take a pro-active approach in solving issues with assigned clients, escalating issues to the appropriate team level when necessary.
  • Work with Tech Team to integrate programs successfully.
  • Analyse, optimise and communicate results to the Client Services Team Leader.

Skills & Education

  • Relevant degree qualification in marketing/advertising/business or similar area;
  • At least 3 years of industry experience;
  • Enthusiastic, committed, and passionate about digital advertising;
  • Excellent relationship building skills, and desire to provide an unrivalled level of service;
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and identify areas of opportunity and risk
  • Committed to the growth of the business and our clients by providing support to deliver the highest levels of client service to ensure retention
  • Proven ability to develop strong working relationships, externally and internally
