Who are we?

Aspect Personnel work in partnership with a large number of clients across the Property, Construction, Engineering and Architecture industries. We are looking to grow our register of excellent temporary candidates! 

Who will you be working for? 

Our well-known property client is seeking a Receptionist based in one of their buildings in the city.

This is a temporary position for 3-6 weeks, commencing on Thursday the 25th of February. You must be available for the duration of the assignment. 

What will you be responsible for? 

  • Meet and greet visitors 
  • Switchboard operation and directing incoming calls to appropriate staff member
  • Manage meeting rooms
  • Assisting with courier bookings and receipt of all deliveries
  • Ad hoc administrative duties 
What will you need to succeed? 
  • Prior Reception, Concierge, Hotel Reception or Cabin Crew experience 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Professional presentation 
  • A proactive and helpful attitude
