Edge Realty is a very busy successful business with immense growth plans so there is plenty of potential for career growth, development and progression to our specialty practices including property management, residential sales and finance. Due to our growth, we are restructuring to create this new position.

To be successful in this role you'll have:

  • Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in your work
  • Ability to prioritize, be highly organized and work to specific deadlines

  • Exceptional time management skills and multitasking ability
  • Can handle and perform under pressure and thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Positive, proactive and hard working person with a can-do attitude
  • Enjoys following processes, procedures, structures and systems

Desirable attributes (but not essential)

  • Previous experience in a fast paced customer service role or administration position
  • Knowledge and proficiency in the use of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and the Google Suite
  • Prior data entry, phone experience and excellent IT skills

This position would also especially suit a high school, university leaver or graduate as it is an entry level position to start a successful career in real estate.

Daily duties include:

  • Reception responsibilities including answering phone calls and greeting all guests to the office
  • Working with and helping our administration team to provide essential office support services
  • File management, data entry and looking after the office eg. Mail, stationary, general tidying
  • Assisting sales agents preparing appraisal kits, settlement gifts and any ad hoc duties
