This role will see you working with a broad range of customers to retain and generate sales and business activity across multi-disciplinary sales teams. This customer service role will be a key touchstone in providing the best standards of customer support and care possible and you will genuinely enjoy creating long term relationships with our valued service users. 

In addition to a high level of client interaction, accurate and accountable data entry and utilisation of our sophisticated business and CRM systems is essential. You will have a strong eye for detail, and being organised and efficient with your working day is a given. 

You will be a key contributor to business performance, and as such will be rewarded with a healthy commission structure on top of your salary. Being comfortable and accountable to working within a KPI framework to meet business objectives is essential and you will receive strong support from your colleagues because everything about this office is a team effort.
