JOB DESCRIPTION
Life Skills Hub is a brand new, one of a kind space in Adelaide's Northern suburbs, for young people aged 8-18 to develop their capacity to function independently and develop connections with similar-aged peers. We support young people to be their true, authentic selves in a welcoming, positive and FUN space.
Life Skills Hub is seeking an Office Junior who is keen to enter an admin position in a healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be self-driven, motivated and have a "can-do" attitude.
This position would suit a high-school student or recent school leaver. We are currently offering between 8-12 hours per week. We operate under the Health Support Services Award.
A current Working with Children Check is a requirement of this position. This can be applied for via the Department of Human Services.
Qualifications & experience

- Strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate

- Efficient verbal and written communication skills

Tasks & responsibilities
- Scanning documents and correctly entering into clinical software
- Telephone enquiries and bookings
- Organise and schedule appointments ensuring that all relevant details are captured
- Greet and assist clients
- Deal with queries and respond appropriately and efficiently
- Prompt actioning of email enquiries
- Follow up client needs as directed by allied health professionals
