Our client is a leading funds management business which currently has an exciting opportunity in their Infrastructure Group for a Portfolio Analyst. This critical role will see you act as a conduit between investment teams, portfolio reporting and investor services.

• Data analysis and financial modelling, including assisting with improvements to portfolio models;
• Coordination of the valuations process, including inputs to unit pricing and fund performance reporting;
• Assisting with the production and delivery of consolidated portfolio reports to external investors and internal stakeholders;
• Assist with business development initiatives including RFP compilation; AND

• 2+ years’ experience working within funds management-required
• Advanced Excel modelling skills and VBA skills;
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Accounting or related fields-required;
• IT qualifications-desired;
• Exposure to multiple asset classes and a preference for exposure to unlisted asset classes;
• Completion of CA or CFA (or near completion) -required;
• Experience coordinating key investor presentations;
• Experience managing the funding and commitment component of the portfolio model; AND
• History of providing insights to senior stakeholders in relation to transaction funding;

Well-developed communications and stakeholder management skills are critical in this role as it requires a high level of business acumen. Your ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently will see you succeed in this position.
