The Duties:
  • Respond to all email and phone enquiries from stores and customers
  • Manage customer deliveries and movements
  • Process customer warranty claims
  • Assist in administrative duties
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets and databases
  • Other tasks as required

  • Previous experience within in a similar role - preferably in the retail sector
