Due to growth, we have an exciting career opportunity for a customer focused 

Inbound Customer Support person

to join their team in Melbourne. The Customer Support person plays an integral role within the company to ensure a high level of customer service is provided to our clients including to respond, assign, categorise and prioritiese incoming incidents, requests and technical support.


Within this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Respond, assign, categorise and prioritise incoming incidents and requests
  • Perform initial diagnosis of incoming incidents by collecting relevant information for escalation.
  • Resolve incidents and requests within a timely manner.
  • Support the creation and updating of help tickets.
  • Ensure customers are kept up to date regarding the progress of any ticket
  • Understanding of workflow, process and systems to enable you to provide support and guidance to clients.
  • Support the additional administration needs of the office

What we’re looking for:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar customer service role
  • Experience within industries such as Lifts, HVAC, Fire, Mechanical Ventilation, Services & Maintenance are favourable
  • Experience with software such as Zendesk or similar
  • Highly motivated self-starter, eager to learn and determined to adapt quickly
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with experience managing client projects
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your time
  • Ability to work in a team environment to ensure deadlines are met
  • Strong willingness to provide high quality customer service and positive results for clients
