We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager who will be a dedicated and passionate person to work within the WoVG HCM Program team to support the team as a Project Manager.

The WoVG HCM Program sits within the Digital Strategy and Transformation branch of the Department of Premier and Cabinet where the branch is responsible for WOVG digital strategy and architecture, digital policy, governance and assurance, and cyber security.

The branch provides leading thinking on digital and technology across whole of Victorian government, therefore candidates will be required to have knowledge and experience in key digital skills such as, agile methods of working and delivery, business analysis and modelling, digital perspective including understanding of the digital ecosystem, advances in technology and how these impact on a government context, stakeholder relationship management and service design and a user focus.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to successfully deliver projects within the scheduled timeframe utilising their proven experience in budget balancing safety, environmental impacts, stakeholder relations, functional and reliability considerations through to handover.

You will compile and develop professional, technical and quality documentation of a complex nature and manage complex and highly sensitive negotiations with multiple stakeholders, often with competing priorities.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and conceptual skills, and the capability to quickly understand content, and project associated issues and risks, along with excellent project management, organisational and communication skills.
