Customer Support Team Lead

to join their team in Melbourne. The Customer Support Team Lead plays an integral role within the company and will assist with driving a high level of customer service, provide support and encouragement to further enhance the team culture and work with management to drive process improvement across the department.

The role:

  • Reporting to the Head of Customer Success you will assist with leading, managing and supporting your team members (4 staff).
  • Assist team members with customer support enquiries, resolution and escalation.
  • Review and evaluate current processes to create further efficiencies
  • Resolve incidents and requests within a timely manner.
  • Ensure customers are kept up to date regarding the progress of their enquiry.
  • Understanding of workflow, process and systems to enable you to provide support and guidance to clients to manage expectations.

What we’re looking for:
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar customer service role
  • Experience developing teams, previous management/leadership of 3-5 members (essential)
  • Experience with managing client expectations
  • Experience within industries such as Lifts, HVAC, Fire, Mechanical Ventilation, Services & Maintenance are favourable
  • Experience with software such as Zendesk or similar
  • Highly motivated self-starter, eager to learn and determined to adapt quickly
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your time
  • Ability to work in a team environment to ensure deadlines are met
  • Strong willingness to provide high quality customer service and positive results for clients
