The Company

We have partnered with a long-standing and well-established accounting practice that has grown from strength to strength. They are based in the city fringe and have a fun and friendly culture.

The Opportunity

Due to their continued growth and internal promotion, they are seeking an experienced receptionist to join their team. Your role will include the following:

  • Morning mail pick up
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients and offering refreshments
  • Liaising with ATO regarding setting up payment plans and lodgement deferrals for clients
  • Typing letters and general correspondence
  • Travel arrangements
  • Ad-hoc project work and general admin over-flow from Partner PA’s


About You

  • A minimum of 12-18 months year experience in a reception role
  • Professional phone manner
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude"
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

Not essential but would be a bonus:

  • Experience in processing and electronic lodgement of tax assessments
  • Be familiar with ATO forms and requirements
  • Processing of ASIC lodgements - company registrations, shares transfers, shareholders, company address and name updates, de-registrations, minutes, share certificates
