About the Client:
Our client is a boutique finance advisory group who specialise in offering high-quality business advice, finance and wealth management services under one roof. They are currently looking for a Finance Broker Assistant to join their dynamic and supportive team in their Bendigo office.

About the role:
This is a newly created role and will require the successful candidate to work closely with the Director of the finance arm of the business. Your duties will include but will not be limited to;

  • Assisting in the areas of loan writing, credit risk discussions, client follow up and general administrative support.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, lenders, and business contacts.
  • Attending client meetings in conjunction with the Director and actioning any items as needed.
  • Completing file management and any follow-ups as required.
  • Utilising a variety of industry-specific software in addition to the Microsoft Office
  • Assisting the finance director to achieve business goals and ensuring an outstanding client experience.

About you:

  • Outstanding customer service skills with a client-centred approach to all duties.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to research, process and communicate information in a timely manner.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet competing deadlines.
  • A team player, who can work autonomously at times and take ownership of their role.
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn a range of programs.
  • Experience in loan writing/analysis and credit risk is desirable, but not essential.
