Our Client Care team is growing and we are searching for two dedicated, compassionate animal lovers looking to fulfil our clients’ needs in pet aftercare, supporting our purpose in “Honouring a lifetime of unconditional love”.

These positions are predominantly phone based customer service roles within our wonderful Client Care team. 

About the roles:

• Coordinate and schedule bookings with both the public and vet clinics
• Prepare and assist with pet viewings
• Assist clients who bring their pets to the office
• Carry out accurate data entry and payment processing
• Facilitate a general range of office tasks

We are looking for people :

• Who are comfortable occasionally handling deceased pets
• Who can talk to clients over the phone using excellent communication skills with a clear, professional, understanding and empathetic phone manner
• Who have thorough attention to detail 
• who have intermediate written and computer skills (Microsoft Office experience preferable)
• Who are reliable, organised and takes pride in your work
• Who are physically fit as this role will require occasional assistance in handling pets
